So, I wrote a thing back in 2017 when it seemed highly likely that Brandon Belt would be traded. And that thing wasn’t an article, but a parody song.
Friends, I am not the best singer. But I did write this and both the writing and the singing came from the heart. The ultimate plan was to never release this until Belt was traded, but now I don’t know if that day is likely to come and it might be safe to share it with the general public.
So I felt it was my duty to share this with you all now, and make a note that when I sent it to one Grart Brisbane at the time, it made him sad and he got mad at me.
