With the roster spot opened up by promoting shortstop Marco Luciano (No. 2 CPL), AA Richmond was able to reinstate outfielder Ismael Munguia from the 7-day Injured List. Munguia, who gained a lot of prospect hype with a great 2021 but missed all of 2022 due to injury, was off to a great start this year before he hit the IL.
