Good wood: Giants players talk about their bats

This is another feature from our Play Ball magazine (sent free to print subscribers on Sunday, available now for $4.95 at 7-11 and Walgreens in the Bay Area — and trust me, you will want it). It’s a collaboration between myself and ace photographer Josie Lepe. I’m not sure how much of it actually ran in the magazine, but we collected a lot of fun shots, info and comments and there’s no sense leaving anything on the editing room floor when we have this bandwidth.
