LOS ANGELES–Over the last decade, Clayton Kershaw has continually proven himself as the most dominant regular season pitcher in baseball.
He’s at his best when he faces the San Francisco Giants.
After losing 98 games last season, the Giants will start an uphill battle to contend against Kershaw, who owns a career 22-9 record and a 1.60 ERA against Bruce Bochy’s squad.
Bochy crafted his Opening Day lineup to combat the Dodgers’ dangerous southpaw, sliding center fielder Austin Jackson up to the leadoff spot so the Giants would have a right-handed presence at the top of the order.
