Former SF Giants reliever Tyler Rogers has reportedly found a new home for the next several seasons. According to Jeff Passan of ESPN, Rogers has agreed to join the Toronto Blue Jays on a three-year, $37 million pact, with a vesting option for a fourth season.

Jon Heyman of The New York Post adds that the total guaranteed money can increase to $48 million with that vesting option. Rogers' deal is one of the most lucractive contracts handed out to a reliever this offseason.
