If anyone is dying to know, yes, they are now different, as confirmed by Bon Appetit’s twitter account:
Yes, we have changed the chicken tender to a whole muscle white meat tender throughout the ballpark. Plz let us know if you have any other questions.

This got me thinking about how integral food is to my whole ballpark experience.
