Tonight’s matchup was as close to the Spiderman pointing meme as a baseball game will ever be. Tyler Beede and Sandy Alcantara are two young pitchers with electric stuff who haven’t translated it into major league success. Each were pitching against poor offenses that can’t hit dingers both because of their incompetence and the vast expanse of their respective home ballparks.
