SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco (USF) Athletics department will present Zalka A. Ancely and Marty Becker with the annual Jim Brovelli Award at the Dons Basketball Tip-Off Reception this upcoming Thursday, Oct. 9.
Ancely, who is born and raised in San Francisco, graduated from Immaculate Conception Academy before attending the University of San Francisco. Earning her BA in 1981 and her MBA in 1984, Ancely then began her career with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. She continued working as a Federal Regulator with the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
