FINAL RESULTS WOMEN The San Francisco women continued their reign as one of the top teams in the West Region Friday by grabbing their fourth consecutive top-10 team finish. The Dons' top-five packed extremely well with all five scorers finishing within 51.6 seconds of each other. USF (276 points) outdistanced the next finishing team (Cal State Fullerton) by 40 points, while finishing within just three points of South Bay foe San Jose State (273).
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The San Francisco women grabbed a top-10 spot for the fourth straight year and the men placed two in the top-10 Friday, as the USF cross country teams competed at the 2018 NCAA West Regional at Haggin Oaks Golf Course.
