SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's golf team had three members take home West Coast Conference All-Academic honors as announced by the conference office on Thursday. Earning the honors are junior Samantha Gong and sophomores Pearl Rojanapeansatith and Joan Soewondo.
To be considered for the team, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, a significant contributor to her team and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20.
Gong, a Kinesiology major sports a 3.25 grade point average, she played in all 10 tournaments for the Dos in 2018-19 and finished with an average round score of 75.
