SAN FRANCISCO — The University of San Francisco women's basketball team has added two highly talented and decorated transfers for the 2019-20 season, signing Leilah Vigil, a transfer from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and reigning Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year, and Lucie Hoskova, an All-American guard from Brno, Czech Republic, via Casper College in Wyoming.
