USF Comes Up Short Against San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- Heading back on the road for the first time since the new year, the USF Dons women's basketball team (6-8, 0-2) dropped their first road game of the conference season to the San Diego Toreros (9-4, 1-0) Saturday afternoon at Jenny Craig Pavillion by a 65-56 final score.

led the way for USF with 21 points, eight rebounds and an assist coming off the bench, while starting point guard once again played the entire 40 minutes of game action as she scored 12 points and dished out four assists.
