SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco women's basketball team (7-5, 0-1) dropped its opening game of the West Coast Conference slate, falling to Oregon State (9-5, 1-0) 74-65 Sunday afternoon at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.
San Francisco had four players score in double figures, led by Aina Cargol, who had 15 points. Candy Edokpaigbe tacked on 14 points and six rebounds, Noelia Mouriño chipped in with 12 points and Nataša Taušová added 11 off the bench.
