FAIRFAX, Calif. – After two rounds of the Alister MacKenzie Invitational, the University of San Francisco men's golf team sits in eighth place. The Dons are one of 11 teams to finish the two rounds under par, and are currently five-under with a team score of 563.

USF was led by a pair of freshmen on the day, with Toby Briggs and Soren Lind finishing tied for 22nd with a three-under, 139. Briggs carded 11 birdies on the day. In the opening round, he shot a season-low four-under par 67 at the Meadow Club.
