ERIE, Colo. – Returning to the course for the first time this fall, the University of San Francisco men's golf team impressed in their season-opening tournament after tying for second at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational. Notably, USF tied Utah with a 36-under-828 team total, which marked the second-best team score by any program in the eleven years of the event.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
- Finding their rhythm early, three Dons finished in the final top-20. Placing in an eight-way tie for twelfth place, Alex Chin shot a 9-under-207 to lead the Dons.
