SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- With the 2022 women's soccer season right around the corner, the West Coast Conference released its preseason coaches poll and All-WCC preseason selections on Wednesday morning.
USF's sophomore midfielder Marissa Vasquez was selected to the All-WCC Preseason Team following her stellar 2021 season on the Hilltop where she led the Dons in points (11), goals (4) and was tied for the team-lead with three assists. As a team, USF was picked to finish seventh overall in the WCC for the second season in a row as they will look to continue their stellar play at home this season following a 5-2-1 overall record at Negoesco Stadium in 2021.
