SAN FRANCISCO – The University of San Francisco's Director of Creative Video Katie Morgan added another award to her name last night, winning the Northern California Area Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement Sports-Program Feature/Segment. This is Morgan's third award for her feature, "Joey's Journey," and her fourth total award adding to her previous USTFCCCA Excellence in communication award, as well as a Telly and Sports Video Group (SVG) College Sports Media award.
At the 47th annual Northern California Area Emmy award presentation, Katie Morgan was nominated for Sports-Program Feature/Segment for her Behind the Mask on USF Baseball's Joey Carney, titled "Joey's Journey".
