Dons Use Tremendous Team Effort to Defeat USC on the Road

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Grinding their way through a strong non-conference schedule, the USF Dons women's basketball team (5-4) broke their skid with an impressive 78-63 victory over the USC Trojans (5-3) at the Galen Center Sunday afternoon.

Ioanna Krimili poured in 29 points as she was instrumental in sparking the Dons offense early in the game. Amalie Langer had 13 points on a very efficient 5-for-9, while Kennedy Dickie and Claudia Langarita each had double digit points off the bench and played stout defense against USC's tall front court.
