LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The University of San Francisco women's golf team finished in seventh place on the final day of the Golf Iconic Classic with a one-over-par 865 in its third tournament of the season.
Long Beach State finished 23-under-par 841 to secure first place, with tournament hosts New Mexico State finishing nine-under-par 855 to take second place.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
- As a team, San Francisco finished second in total pars with 182, just one behind Boston College and Long Beach State, who finished with 183. The Dons also finished seventh out of the 17-team field with 40 birdies.
