SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- With the calendar now turned to November, the USF Dons' cross country teams are ready to head east for the 2021 NCAA West Regionals at Haggin Oaks Golf Course co-hosted by Sacramento State University and the Sacramento Sports Commission.
Friday's events will start at 10 a.m. for the women's 6K with the men's 8K race set to begin at 11 a.m. Teams that finish in the top two will have an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships, with the remaining team eligible for 13 at-large bids to be determined by the committee.
