BERKELEY/SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Returning to the road after a weekend road series against Pepperdine, the USF Dons baseball team (14-17, 5-10) is back in action this week as they will face the California Golden Bears (16-16, 5-13) on Tuesday, April 18 at 6:05 p.m. from Evans Diamond, and will then head down to Southern California for a three-game series against the San Diego Toreros (15-18-1, 8-7) from Fowler Park beginning on Friday, April 21 for a 6:00 p.m. first pitch.
Highlighting the Dons' offensive attack over the weekend against the Waves was a strong performance from senior Tyler Martinez as he drove in five key runs including a bases clearing double in Friday's victory.
