On Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers lost their second game of the 2019 NFL season in similar fashion to the first — with the opposing kicker finishing off a back-and-forth affair by splitting the uprights for a three-point victory as time expired.

In Week 13, the Baltimore Ravens celebrated at the end of regulation, just three weeks after the Niners suffered their first loss of the year at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks in the closing seconds of overtime. Although the outcomes of the two contests were similar, the two games were vastly different — from the colors of the jersey-clad fans who filled the stands to the weather and playing conditions on the field of play.
