So it came as no surprise when he celebrated Sunday’s 24-20 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Niners locker room with an impersonation of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson that called back to Johnson’s wrestling persona.
What came as a bit of a surprise, though, is that The Rock — who’s followed by 13.8 million people on Twitter — responded.
Born in the Bay Area, Johnson actually lived in Hayward until he was two years old, but doesn’t have any Bay Area memories except as a visitor.
