The San Francisco 49ers have been a resilient team this season, winning five games despite losing several key players to injuries.
On Sunday, though, San Francisco wasn’t able to overcome some of its issues against the Houston Texans. Houston defeated the 49ers 26-15, controlling the game from start to finish.
The Texans' offense looked the best it has all season, with quarterback C.J. Stroud completing 30 of 39 passes for 318 yards, two touchdowns, and just one interception. The main reason Stroud was able to get in a groove is that the Niners weren’t able to pressure him.
