Eric Davis, an NFL analyst and a cornerback on the San Francisco 49ers’ 1995 Super Bowl-winning team has been accused of sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed by a makeup artist, according to TMZ Sports.
Erin McParland was hired by the NFL Network in 2014, where she says Davis, 50, made “unwanted comments and advances,” TMZ reported Tuesday. McParland reported the charges in December. She is suing Davis and NFL Enterprises.
McParland said she reported the harassment to the company’s HR department and requested, in the event that Davis was disciplined, it be on a day when she wasn’t around.
