NFL players come from all over the country, and virtually every team has teammates from rival colleges. The San Francisco 49ers are loaded with Pac 12 players, and this past weekend’s Stanford-Oregon game provided a chance for a rivalry wager. The Cardinal’s wild win the Ducks let former Stanford cornerback/wide receiver Richard Sherman enjoy the fruits of victory over former Oregon defensive lineman DeForest Buckner.
Sherman posted an Instagram story pouring some salt on the wound as Buckner had to sport some Stanford gear. Of course, Buckner was not going to offer zero response, and this is an enjoyable one!
