Ian Rapoport of NFL Media is reporting that the Redskins and 49ers are, in fact, expected to discuss a potential trade that would send QB Kirk Cousins to San Francisco in the near future.
Source tell Rapoport that the two teams could include the Cowboys and QB Tony Romo as well.
