Over the weekend there were many proposals and discussions at the owners meeting. Whether it’s changing the onside kick rules to 4th & 15, or the Kansas City Chiefs proposing that each team gets a possession in overtime. Don’t expect many of these to gain much traction. There is one proposal that has been in the works for a couple years now.
Back in 2016, the San Francisco 49ers were supposed to host the Los Angeles Rams in China in 2018. That fell through. A year later, it was reported that the idea would be delayed at least until 2019.
