Police arrest man accused of killing Clayton Beathard, brother of 49ers QB C.J.

Michael Mosley, the man accused of the Dec. 21 double murder of Clayton Beathard and Paul Trapeni III, has been arrested outside of Nashville, the Metro Nashville Police Department announced Wednesday.

Clayton, 22, was the younger brother of 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard.

Michael Mosley surrendered from a vacant home on Petway Rd in Cheatham County after it was surrounded by law enforcement.
