Ex-49ers kicker Joe Nedney is selling his Scotts Valley, Calif. home for $2.25 million, reports the L.A. Times.
The five bedroom, five bath home spans 4,343 square feet. It features a game room with a separate entrance, a pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen, among many other amenities.
Nedney purchased the home in 2006 for $1.57M, according to public records. Derek Timm with Montalvo Homes & Estates is the current listing agent.
Nedney, who played for the 49ers between 2005 and 2010, was born and raised in San Jose. He also attended San Jose State University.
