When the 49ers take on the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday in Inglewood, SoFi Stadium security could be without two important pairs of watchful eyes.
Inglewood police are searching for two Harris’s hawks that were in containers on the bed of a utility task vehicle that someone stole on Sunday. Police said in a statement released Monday that the UTV was stolen shortly before 2:30 p.m. and that the keys were still in the ignition at the time of the theft. The vehicle was taken off stadium property. The Rams were playing a game at the time against the Indianapolis Colts.
