The 2018 NFL Draft is in the rear-view mirror, and it’s time to usher up some NFL power rankings heading into the remainder of offseason programs around the league.
There were a few movers and shakers after the draft, notably the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos. Other teams, like the Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders, made some questionable draft-day moves despite having a flurry of other needs to address.
One team well discussed on draft day was Niner Noise’s power-rankings basement dweller, the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns, of course, boasted two picks in the top five.
