The Golden State Warriors made a huge splash on Monday, signing free agent forward Kevin Durant. It is not surprising that folks around the Bay Area welcomed Durant to the Bay Area. One of those players was San Francisco 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman.
Bowman and Durant actually have extensive history. Back during the lead up to Super Bowl 47, we learned that the two have known each other since they were 8, and they played on the same middle school basketball team.
