During Monday night’s matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams, Kelly Stafford, the wife of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, threw a pretzel at a fan in frustration, according to TMZ.
Stafford apologized on her Instagram after a comment called her out for what she did during the drubbing of her husband’s team.
“Will always stand up for my guy and everyone I love but obviously needed to do it completely different,” she wrote. “I'm embarrassed too! Sorry you had to witness me in my weak moment!”
The kerfuffle first kicked off when a fan allegedly began talking trash to Kelly Stafford.
