Michael Mosley is facing criminal homicide charges in the Dec. 21 stabbing deaths of Clayton Beathard and Paul Trapeni III in Nashville, Tenn.
Clayton, 22, was the younger brother of 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced Tuesday that Mosley, 23, has been added to the state's Most Wanted List, and authorities said he's considered "armed and dangerous."
