Nashville police have arrested homicide suspect Michael Mosley after a search in connection to the fatal stabbing Clayton Beathard, brother of 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard, and another man in Nashville, Tennessee, according to a report in the Nashville Tennessean.
Mosley, 23, is facing two counts of criminal homicide and one attempted homicide charge in connection to the assaults. Mosley was captured on Wednesday in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said he would be booked into Davidson County custody later on Wednesday
Law enforcement surrounded a vacant home, where officers say Mosley was alone.
