It was an ugly day for the San Francisco 49ers, losing 17-3 in a game in which the offense could get nothing going with any sort of regularity. It was a disappointing performance, particularly in light of the strong work done by the 49ers defense.
There will be plenty of time to tear this one apart and figure out what's next. But before then, I came across this amazing tweet from former 49ers running back Anthony Dixon. It shows him leaping over a Giants defender, and it turns out, that defender is former 49ers safety Craig Dahl!
Neither is around any more, but this cracks me up to no end.
