Quarterback Brock Purdy had his worst game of the season back in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers in front of a national audience on Monday Night Football, tossing three interceptions and giving his critics plenty of ammunition to respark the debate whether he or backup signal-caller Mac Jones should be the top guy under center.
Yet the San Francisco 49ers nevertheless won that game. And Purdy swiftly put to rest any notion of post-injury problems with dominant outings against the Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans in subsequent outings.
The Titans game was easily Purdy's best game to date.
