The San Francisco 49ers acquired Jimmy Garoppolo on October 30th this past year, and moved him into the starting lineup December 3rd against the Chicago Bears. In spite of such limited time with the 49ers, Garoppolo has already shot up the chart for merchandise sales.
The NFLPA released their year-end rankings for player sales, covering March 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018. Garoppolo ranked No. 28 on the list. Tom Brady was No. 1. The list covers all officially licensed NFL player-identified merchandise. That ranges from jerseys to shirts to bobbleheads to Fathead wall decals.
