Although San Francisco 49ers safety was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Aug. 23, he has been limited at practice.
Kyle Shanahan spoke with the media this week and is hopeful the safety will make his season-debut this Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
“I know he’s gotten better each day at practice. I feel like he’s had his best day today,” Shanahan said on Friday. “He’s definitely questionable for the game. I’m hoping for the best come Sunday.
“I think you always have to be careful with a hamstring. I definitely agree that all the skill guys and the people that have to cover more ground, those hamstrings tend to go faster than guys that stay more between the hashes.
