Colin Kaepernick’s best path back to success is to get traded to the Denver Broncos, according to one of his most ardent admirers, ESPN’s Ron Jaworski.
Three years after claiming Kaepernick “could be one of the greatest quarterbacks ever,” Jaworski believes Kaepernick needs to leave the 49ers for the reigning champion Broncos, who’ve stalled potential trade talks.
“Clearly, Colin Kaepernick going Denver would be the quickest, positive path back to success,” Jaworski said Tuesday on a media conference call. “You can play to the (Broncos) defense, and you don’t have to score 30 points a game.”

Kaepernick’s tenure with the 49ers is in doubt after last year’s dismal season, which saw him lose the starting job after a 2-6 start.
