Good morning folks, and a happy Sunday to you. Today, the NFL’s annual League Meeting begins in Phoenix, Arizona. Owners will meet over the coming days to discuss the state of the league, and, more importantly, mull over possible changes to the rules and regulations of the game. This year, the highly publicized item to be debated is an overhaul of the reply system & hierarchy.
Obviously, there’s no guarantee that anything will come of this, but the NFL have owners have seemingly been open to change, as a handful of rules have been amended over the past several years, including a number of changes to the kicking game.
