HONOLULU -- Denny Green was standing upright in a red jeep, riding in a parade along the main drag on Waikiki, waving the beauty- pageant wave he perfected somewhere in his 42 years of intensive living and making you wonder how any of this could be happening.Wasn't this the season that began with three losses in four games? Wasn't it just two months ago that Green's future at Stanford seemed unhappily uncertain?
