When in doubt, assume a released San Francisco 49ers player is going to end up with the Seattle Seahawks. NFL Network reporter Rand Getlin tweeted that Kelvin Taylor, recently released from the 49ers practice squad, is signing with the Seahawks practice squad.
The 49ers released Taylor to sign running back Raheem Mostert. The 49ers are in fairly good shape at the running back position, with Carlos Hyde starting, and Shaun Draughn currently serving as a solid passing down option. DuJuan Harris was in that role for a while, but has since been replaced by Draughn. Mike Davis remains on the roster, but has been inactive three straight games.
