As training camp begins for the San Francisco 49ers, there are a number of interesting camp battles to watch.
One will be tight end, and the returning Niner Ross Dwelley may face an uphill climb to make the 53-man roster.
Dwelley spent the first six years of his career with the Niners. He never got very many targets as a backup tight end behind George Kittle, but the former still racked up five touchdowns across those six seasons.
