A former 49er with a long history of alleged violence sent a threatening message to Bay Area Rep. Eric Swalwell, the congressman’s office said in a statement Wednesday. A Twitter account appearing to belong to the player, Bruce Miller, seemed to confirm the incident in several posts Thursday.
