The San Francisco 49ers will be making their first round of roster cuts no later than 1 p.m. PT on Tuesday. The team has until then to cut down to 75 players. The players spent Sunday recovering from Saturday's game, while the coaches spent the day in meetings. The players will be back in meetings on Monday, and my guess is some cut news starts to leak out.
One way the 49ers can cut down is moving players on Active/NFI and Active/PUP to the Reserve version of those lists.
