During the New England Patriots' preseason game against the Carolina Panthers Thursday night, Patriots radio color commentator Scott Zolak decided to call the 49ers quarterback "one of the worst practice quarterbacks we've had here."
NFL Network's Marc Sessler passed on the quote without any additional context, but it's likely the broadcast crew was discussing Garoppolo's poor performance against the Denver Broncos Monday night and him throwing five-consecutive interceptions during a practice last week.
