It would seem we have a bit of an answer on the Bruce Miller situation. The San Francisco 49ers fullback is being charged with misdemeanor vandalism by the Santa Clara District Attorney's office, according to NBC Bay Area reporter Damian Trujillo. According to Trujillo, the original domestic assault accusation was inconclusive. San Jose Mercury News reporter Robert Salonga is reporting Miller's fiancee later denied physical contact occurred.
Miller was originally arrested for spousal battery back on March 5.
