Brock Purdy had a rough second start after coming back from injury. In the first half against the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football, he threw three interceptions. All three of them were more than 20 yards downfield, and Purdy was also 1-of-8 passing for 25 yards on throws 10 or more yards downfield.
It wasn't his best start. But luckily for Purdy, the Niners got the win.
However, the 49ers are going to need more out of Purdy. Especially with the entirely different beast that is the Cleveland Browns defense.
